my Nplate® Support App

The my Nplate® Support App is designed to help you stay on track with your Nplate® treatments, and record topics you would like to discuss with your doctor. The App features a variety of functions, including:
• my Dose: To enter or modify your Nplate® dose manually;
• my Timeline: To manage appointments, and record lifestyle notes and/or questions you wish to discuss with your healthcare team;
• my Summary: To export sets of data you can review with your loved ones or your doctor;
• my Contact List: To maintain an easy-to-manage, up-to-date list of important and emergency contacts;
• Clinic List: To find a clinic near your current location or a fixed address;
• The Victory® Program: To learn about The Victory® patient assistance program and what it has to offer.
To access the contents of the App, users must enter a Drug Identification Number (DIN), which they can find on the packaging of their Nplate® medication. Patients own all of the data entered; it is held securely on each individual device and cannot be shared with other devices.
